San Cristobel de las Casa Mexico - The first day we had a beer and watched the people go by then decided we would enjoy Thai food. I really enjoy this crisp white wine (Pinot Grigio - Alma Mora in Argentina) (We need to remember to look this vineyard up when we get to Argentina) with vodka, apple chunks, pineapple, ginger over ice.

For all of you in Texas with that extreme heat, you should try mixing up this drink. Very refreshing!
