Hi everyone, We would says yes Guatemala is a very poor country, but this is all these people know and they seem very content. Seeing them work as we drive through their cities, they are very hard workers. They grow a lot of different vegetables and fruits. We have seen them out working in the fields. I missed taking a picture of ladies picking onions and cleaning them in the fields. There were several very old ladies and very young.

We are impressed with the Mexican and Guatemala people. Both countries are beautiful and look forward to what we will continue to see.
